Nominees should be:

• Between 25 and 35 years old in 2027. Due to cultural differences, there will be exceptions for some leaders who are between 20 and 25 as well as 35-40. 

• Committed followers of Christ with a heart for global mission.

• Actively engaged in leadership within their local, regional, or global ministry context.

• Endorsed by a respected leader who can affirm their character and leadership.
