YLGen (Younger Leaders Generation) is a 10-year journey. We are looking for younger leaders who see YLG not just as a gathering—but also as an opportunity for long-term engagement in God’s mission through Lausanne. While the level of involvement will vary, participants will have access to mentoring, webinars, leadership development, and connections with regional and global networks. This could include engaging with Lausanne’s work in their region, joining an issue network, or pursuing personal and professional development opportunities. Each leader’s journey will look different, but the goal is to link arms with missional leaders worldwide, accelerating the Great Commission and growing in leadership for the sake of the gospel.
