The onsite registration fee is USD 1,199. This includes accommodation for six nights, meals during the gathering, and shuttle service between São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport and the official hotels.

All other travel costs, including flights to and from São Paulo, are the responsibility of mentors, as well as any extras or personal spending.
