For the first round of selection for in-person mentors, we only reviewed applications submitted by 15 July 2025. References had to be submitted by 31 July 2025. The application for in-person mentors is now closed. 

For virtual mentors, applications have to be submitted by 6 October 2025, and references by 22 October 2025.

Selected mentors from both tracks will be notified in November 2025.
