YLG 4 is more than a gathering—it’s the spark igniting a ten-year journey of leadership development, missional friendships, and collaboration to strengthen the global church’s witness in reaching the unreached for Christ.

Since the first Younger Leaders Gathering in Singapore (1987), the Lausanne Movement has been connecting generations of leaders passionate about world evangelisation, creating spaces for spiritual growth, mentoring, and cross-cultural collaboration.

YLG 4 continues this vision by bringing together younger leaders and mentors who will journey side by side in mutual learning, prayer, and partnership through the Younger Leaders Generation (YLGen).
