YLGen mentors are global, Christ-following, and servant-hearted leaders between the ages of 35 and 85 who are committed to the vision and values of the Lausanne Movement. Mentors may come from a wide range of ministry callings, including missionaries, pastors, educators, entrepreneurs, and marketplace leaders, and may serve either in person or virtually, depending on availability and selection.

Mentors should align with the theological beliefs outlined in the Lausanne Covenant, have a strong personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ, and bring experience in whole-life mentoring and/or intentional discipleship. Both Bridge Leaders (35–50) and Seasoned Leaders (51 and above) are encouraged to apply. Find out more here.
