If you plan to arrive before 15 March or leave after 22 March, you’ll need to arrange your own accommodation and transport for those days.

For mentors, arrival on 15 March is required. Orientation and training will take place on 16 March. Departures are scheduled for 22 March 2025. Accommodation and ground transport are only provided within these official dates.
