If you are registered as a virtual participant and cancel:

  • On or before 16 September 2026:
     A refund will be issued, less $49 USD.

  • On or before 16 November 2026:
     A refund will be issued, less $75 USD.

  • On or before 16 February 2027:
     50% of any amount paid beyond $100 USD will be refunded.

On or after 17 February 2027:
 No refund will be issued.
