The YLG 4 selection process involved prayerful discernment and careful consideration across regions, vocations, backgrounds, and leadership contexts.

Because onsite participation is limited, many highly qualified younger leaders could not be accommodated in person. A smaller group of leaders—approximately 400 globally—has therefore been invited into the virtual experience as part of the wider YLG 4 community and the long-term YLGen journey.
