Spiritual Formation

The virtual experience is designed to encourage and strengthen younger leaders spiritually.

Participants will have opportunities to:

• deepen their walk with Christ,

• reflect on their calling and leadership,

• engage with Scripture and prayer,

• and receive encouragement from mentors and peers around the world.

Global Community

YLG 4 is designed to help younger leaders move from isolation into global gospel community.

Through the virtual experience, participants can:

• build meaningful friendships across nations and cultures,

• connect with other younger leaders facing similar challenges,

• engage with mentors and experienced leaders,

• and become part of the wider YLGen community and journey.

Mission and Leadership

The virtual programme is designed to help participants grow as Christlike leaders who are actively engaged in God’s mission.

Participants will gain:

• leadership insights and practical learning,

• exposure to the global Church and global mission,

• opportunities for collaboration and connection,

• and a clearer understanding of how their vocation and leadership contribute to the Great Commission.
