Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the relevant consular authorities. We are unable to intervene in visa decisions.
If your visa application is refused, we recommend reviewing the reason for the refusal and, where possible, reapplying with any corrected or additional documentation requested by the consulate.
If your visa application is ultimately refused and you can demonstrate that your application was submitted within a reasonable timeframe, you will have the following options:
Switch to the YLG 4 virtual experience and receive a refund of the difference between your in-person and virtual contribution amount; or
Withdraw from YLG 4 and receive a full refund of your contribution.
Proof of visa refusal will be required.
