If you are refused a visa and can demonstrate that your visa application was submitted in reasonable time:

You may switch to the virtual experience and receive a refund of the difference in the requested contribution amount, or
You may decline the virtual experience and receive a 100% refund of the contribution paid.

Proof of visa refusal is required.
